"It's an upgraded product from the renowned N1 nitrogen treatment microorganisms previously produced in the USA

Specifically designed for high total nitrogen treatment, reducing ammonia to the lowest possible levels"

ACF-NA Nitro Activator is a microbial formula for treating wastewater contaminated with ammonia and nitrogen. It includes a blend of macro and micronutrients along with various groups of Bacillus spp. specialized in nitrogen treatment. This formula enhances and accelerates the nitrification and denitrification processes vigorously within treatment systems, particularly effective for wastewater with high nitrogen concentrations.

***** Effectiveness:

  • Enhances and accelerates nitrification under aerobic conditions.
  • Boosts and accelerates denitrification under anaerobic conditions.
  • Reduces total nitrogen output in wastewater treatment systems.
  • Provides necessary conditions for nitrification processes in cold weather.
  • Effective for any wastewater treatment system designed for nitrogen transformation (nitrification).

***** Characteristics:

  • Form: Powder.
  • Color: Creamy white.

Usage instructions:

- Cultivate microbial biomass with ACF-32 for at least 12-24 hours beforehand.

- Introduce into the system by mixing with wastewater.

- Adjust the dosage based on the specific characteristics of each system and the composition and properties of the wastewater.

- Contact your dealer or us for the most accurate dosage specific to your case.

Optimal operating conditions for microbes:

- Temperature: 10 - 40°C.

- pH: 4 – 9.

- BOD_5/COD > 0.5

- BOD:N:P ratio = 100:5:1 (aerobic conditions).

- (COD/Y):N:P:S ratio = (50/Y):5:1:1 (anaerobic conditions).

- Salinity < 10 ‰.

Notes:

- 1ppm = 1mg/l = 1g/m³.

- 1 box = 2.5 lbs = 1.131 kg (1lbs = 0.454 kg).

- Stored in cool dry place, avoid direct sunlight.
