ACF-32 is an advanced biotechnological product for environmental treatment imported from the USA, with a significantly improved formula that operates up to 10 times more effectively than conventional microbes. It contains specialized strains of aerobic, anaerobic, facultative, and photosynthetic bacteria such as Bacillus spp, Rhodopseudomonas spp, Nitrobacter spp, Nitrosomonas spp, specifically selected for use in all types of environmental wastewater treatment systems, industrial wastewater treatment at factories, workshops, and domestic wastewater.

ACF-32 microbial wastewater treatment includes strains of highly active bacteria that function broadly, applied to treat various types of wastewaters.

Usage Instructions:

Cultivation of ACF-32 Microbial Biomass. 

- Then evenly pour into the biological tank after 12-24 hours. (Please contact us for specific instructions).

- Initial dosage (Month 1): 20-50 ppm/week/for the first month of treatment.

- Maintenance dosage (from the second month): 5-20 ppm/week.

- Dosage may vary depending on the system design, wastewater composition, load, and retention time.

Optimal operating conditions for microbes:

Temperature: 10 - 40°C.

pH: 4 – 9.

- BOD_5/COD > 0.5.

BOD:N:P ratio = 100:5:1 (aerobic conditions).

(COD/Y):N:P:S ratio = (50/Y):5:1:1 (anaerobic conditions).

Salinity < 10 ‰.

 

Notes:

- 1 gallon = 3.785 liters. Packaging: 1 drum = 6 gallons.

1 ppm = 1 ml/m³.
