Usage Instructions:
- Initial dosage: 20-40 mL/m³/week.
- Maintenance dosage: use 5-10 mL/m³/week.
- Depending on the characteristics of each system, the composition, and the properties of wastewater, the appropriate dosage should be determined.
*Usage Method:
- Inoculate ACF-SA microbial biomass. After 12-14 hours, evenly distribute into the biological tank.
- Can be used in conjunction with ACF32 for optimal effectiveness.
Optimal Microbial Activity Conditions:
- Temperature: 10 - 40°C.
- pH: 4 – 9.
- BOD_5/COD > 0.5.
- BOD:N:P ratio = 100:5:1 (aerobic conditions).
- (COD/Y):N:P:S ratio = (50/Y):5:1:1 (anaerobic conditions).
- Salinity < 10 ‰.
Notes:
- 1 gallon = 3.785 liters. 1 drum = 6 gallon.
- 1 ppm = 1 ml/m³.
- Stored in cool dry place, avoid direct sunlight.
- Products containing photosynthetic bacteria: avoid storage in barrels, keep in dark rooms.
