"Specialized microbial treatment for high nitrogen, reducing ammonia"
ACF NITRO ACTIVATOR (NA) is a formula comprising macro and micronutrients, along with a consortium of Bacillus spp. bacteria, specialized in nitrogen processing such as Nitrobacter and Nitrosomonas. It enhances and accelerates nitrification and denitrification processes in treatment systems..
***** Effectiveness:
- Enhances and accelerates nitrification under aerobic conditions.
- Boosts and accelerates denitrification under anaerobic conditions.
- Reduces total nitrogen output in wastewater treatment systems.
***** Characteristics:
- Form: Powder.
- Color: Creamy white.

Usage instructions:
- Cultivate microbial biomass with ACF-32 for at least 12-24 hours beforehand.
- Introduce into the system by mixing with wastewater.
- Adjust the dosage based on the specific characteristics of each system and the composition and properties of the wastewater.
- Contact your dealer or us for the most accurate dosage specific to your case.
Optimal operating conditions for microbes:
- Temperature: 10 - 40°C.
- pH: 4 – 9.
- BOD_5/COD > 0.5
- BOD:N:P ratio = 100:5:1 (aerobic conditions).
- (COD/Y):N:P:S ratio = (50/Y):5:1:1 (anaerobic conditions).
- Salinity < 10 ‰.
Notes:
- 1ppm = 1mg/l = 1g/m³.
- 1 box = 2.5 lbs = 1.131 kg (1lbs = 0.454 kg).
- Stored in cool dry place, avoid direct sunlight.
