Here is the process for addressing issues in wastewater treatment systems:

1. Assessing the current wastewater treatment system

Identify existing problems:

• The system fails to meet certain standards: color, COD, BOD5, ammonia, etc.
• Occurrence of unpleasant odors, large amounts of sludge.
• Oil and grease causing blockages in pipes.

For slightly overloaded systems with discharge close to standards, Increase capacity by 10 – 20%. Based on survey results, appropriate options will be chosen:

• Add equipment to handle the load.
• Add media to enhance the performance of biological treatment.
• Supplement with AQUACLEAN microbial products containing identified bacterial strains to address untreated parameters.

For systems with technology mismatch or excessive overload:

• Depending on the available expansion area, propose expanding the system or changing the technology to suit requirements.
• Add additional equipment to meet current capacity.
• Replace outdated or damaged pipes.
• Add microorganisms and cultivate them to bring the system into operation.
• Provide guidance on equipment inspection, maintenance, and operation monitoring of microorganisms.
